One regret

Only one regret.

I try to live my life with
no regrets.
I try to do my best
 to do what I want,
say what I want,
love who I want,
go where I want..etc....etc...
So far I have done just that....
Until May 21st.
That was the last time James and I spoke.
We spoke for quite some time...
then he asked me to get coffee with him.
I said that I couldn't.
I lied.
I wanted to but I said no.
I thought maybe another time.
Another time never came.....
A few days later
James' mom Ann calls me...

My one and only regret.....
I am so so so sorry...
We'll never have that cup of coffee.
